Terms & Conditions of entry

1. The promoter of this “$5 off five bottles of Whole” offer (“Offer”) is Fonterra Brands (New Zealand) Limited, PO Box 62602, Kalmia Street, Penrose 1061 ("Promoter").
2. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion, and the immediate families of all such employees are ineligible to take up the offer.
3. Registration is not open to existing members of the Whole Water database.  You are a already a member if you previously signed up to receive a free sample of Whole and chose to receive further information from Whole/Fonterra.
4. Registration to receive the Offer is open to permanent residents and citizens of New Zealand only. If you are aged 17 years or under please ask your parents first as this product is not recommended for those aged 17 years or under.
5. Registration opens on 27 April 2009 and closes when 15,000 online registrations have been received.
6. Only one registration permitted per person.
7. All registrations become the property of the Promoter. Registrations are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database and not at the time of transmission by the registrant. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by a registrant or occurring during transmission or delivery. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to registrant's or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in relation to this offer. Proof of submitting a registration is not deemed proof of receipt.
8. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained as a result of registering to receive the Offer, or accepting or participating in the Offer (including as a result of redeeming the coupon), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. All registrants' details will be held for the purposes of this promotion and will be retained for future communication of special offers or promotions, unless a registrant indicates upon registering that they do not want to receive any such future communications. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

How to register and redeem the Offer

1. To be eligible to receive “$5 off five bottles of Whole”, registrants must be one of the first 15,000 people to register online at www.wholewater.co.nz.
2. The first 15,000 registrants will receive a coupon entitling them to $5 off when they purchaser any five (5) 500ml bottles of Whole in a single transaction.
3. The coupon will be sent to the email address provided by the registrant upon registration and must be printed out by the registrant and shown in store when making the relevant purchase in order to be redeemed. Each coupon can only be printed and redeemed once.
4. Coupon is valid for 4 weeks from the date of registration.  The expiry date is set out on the coupon.
5. Coupon is only redeemable at supermarkets.
6. Coupon is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
7. Coupon can be used in conjunction with any other Whole promotional offer.

Collection

During the course of dealing with you, Fonterra may generally collect basic personal information about you, such as your name, address and contact details.

Fonterra will hold and use any personal information collected for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, for any purpose disclosed at the time of collection or for related purposes. Generally we will only use or disclose your personal information as follows:

• to provide the product or service you have requested or to answer your inquiry;
• to third parties where we have retained those third parties to assist us to provide the products or services you have requested. For example, we have contracts with third parties to assist us with functions such as mail-outs;
• to different entities within Fonterra, to enable the development and marketing of other products and services and to improve our customer service in general;
• for direct marketing of products or services. If we contact you in this way we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communications; or
• where otherwise legally permitted.
